Charlie Cantrill Photography owns the full copyright and retains all rights to all photographs.
The usage permitted on an image is dependent on the licence purchased. Please see the options below. If you have any queries, please contact me.
Image Altering & Modifying: After purchase of a licence, photographs may be edited, cropped, filtered or overlaid with text without explicit permission of the photographer. Customers will receive a JPEG copy of the image only – no RAW files will be provided.
Attribution & Credits: Crediting Charlie Cantrill Photography is not required, but is encouraged.
Unauthorised Use & Infringement: Unauthorised use violates copyright law and may incur substantial statutory damages up to £10,000 per image, as well as potential criminal penalties.
Take Down Requests: To report unauthorised online use, please contact me. Photographers will pursue infringers to the full extent of the law.

Personal, non-commercial use for all images on the website is available for customers when purchasing the ‘Non-Commercial Use’ license on any image within the portfolios section.
This allows the customer to use the image for private purposes, or for editorial content, such as blog posts or to share with family and friends.
This also includes one-off printing of an image for display within a private home or workplace.

Commercial or promotional use of any photograph is only allowed when a commercial license has been purchased. Commercial use is for any business purpose, or on media used to generate profits. This includes but is not limited to:
- Books, magazines, newspapers, print ads
- Packaging and branding design
- Public presentations
- On products intended to advertise a business or for resale.
